Distance contract

The Seller of the goods offered in this Online Store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand enter into the following Agreement: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer.

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must stipulate the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).

Delivery and payment procedure

The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the Online Store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail.

The order is processed only after payment. The day of payment is considered to be the day when the money is credited to the Seller's account. If the order is not paid within 2 working days, the reservation is canceled without notice to the Buyer.

The seller ensures the dispatch of the goods within 1-3 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods. Dispatch time for custom orders are agreed individually. The method of delivery is chosen by the Buyer when placing the order. Holidays are not counted during delivery.

The seller is entitled to cancel the purchase if the amount of one order does not reach 0.5 meters. In this case, the Seller returns the money for the purchase to the Buyer and cancels the order without prior notice.

The prices indicated on the website are indicated in euros (€). Price errors due to programming or printing are not a reason to claim a refund or reimbursement in the event of a difference. The prices in the final invoice serve as the final price. Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product by sending the Seller a letter of withdrawal. The Seller sends the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses that will be incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The buyer cannot request the right of withdrawal if:

• the ordered goods cannot be returned according to their nature, the goods are intended for hygienic purposes or removed from special protective packaging;
• the goods are damaged or their original condition has been changed as a result of the Buyer's actions;
• the general conditions of use of the product have not been complied with;
• the ordered goods are made / prepared directly for the Buyer according to an individual order and size;
• the buyer has purchased the product with discount or special price.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in case of damage to the product, negligent handling of the product during use or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

Intellectual property rights

All products and visual materials released by Seller, including advertising materials and images, both online and in physical form, are protected by any intellectual property rights, copyrights, design rights or otherwise. All designs are specially designed and may not be reproduced, copied or imitated under any circumstances.
